The
majority of graphics, images, tutorials, and content are the
original creation of FreeGraphics.org. Items
in the arrows, buttons, banners, bullets, bars, Interfaces,
textures and backgrounds, pre-made websites, and wallpaper
section are the creation of Rohit
Jenveja. Items in the animation, clipart, and icon section
are public domain. (more information at the end of this document)
The images made by Rohit Jenveja and FreeGraphics.org may be used in personal web pages as
well as business sites and are held under restrictions outlined
below:
1.) If you or your organization are to profit from
the use of these images, or are to use them in any commericial form, a contribution
must either be made of $1.00, through our donation
page, or a link must be added to our website on the same page as the graphic
being used from our repository. If you find this to be unreasonable, please do
not use our graphics on your commercial site. Providing graphics for free is,
unforunately, not free.
2.)If you are using these images for personal or non-profit use, then we ask
that you either put a link back to our site or donate
$1.00, but you are under no obligation do so.
3.) Additionally, if you choose to use graphics from our servers,
download them on your harddrive and upload them to your own
webspace. Do not, under any circumstances,
use our bandwidth, as this is stealing and is illegal/punishable under law.
4.) Finally, these images may not be put in any other
graphic repository, or redistributed in any form, or claimed
as your (or your company's) creation.
*Images in the icon, animation, and clip-art section
are public-domain and to our knowledge are free of copyrights. All
efforts were made to insure that these images were public-domain,
however,
if
you find a graphic that is of your own creation, or that
you feel is not public domain, email webmaster@freegraphics.org.
Disclaimer: We have made every reasonable effort to avoid any
copyright infringements resulting from the use of images on
this site and we hereby disclaim responsibility for claims
related to such use.
